Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

To start the return process, simply contact our customer service team at contact@evrbay.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We'll guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization if required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 15 days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us, and we'll assist you with the exchange process.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
